Review content:
I agree that friendliness is not their strong point, and neither is timeliness. I have been there long enough to witness their method of putting every call on hold, regardless of how busy they really are. The actual dental care is OK, but there are no extras, like a reminder post card in the mail or a new toothbrush or a hint that they ever remember that you've been there before.
