This is a very friendly company that does just what it say "Service With A Smile."
They are my electric in Easley, SC as they cover my area and I have always had wonderful service from they both on the phone and in person!! As you walk in the lobby of the office you look to the right and there is a desk that you go to to pay your bill and there are always 3 people there to help...I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes! They also have a drive through to pay your bill should you be in a hurry.
Power had gone out many a times for us either due to storms, a power surge or an accident nearby and every time I called they were not only nice about it even if they had received several calls prior to mine...but they were quick to get our power back on.
Should you ever have a question on your bill...they also are great as they bring up your account right as you are on the phone or in person and go over it in complete detail with you all the charges and fast to correct any errors.
I would definitely recommend this company!
