Review content:
If you really need a pancake at 2 in the morning, this is the place to go. It's a bit of the bummer for the car free student crowd since there's no public transport here (I suppose if you were super drunk you might want to walk for several miles). Parking is no problem, though, since they have a huge lot and a somewhat isolated location. My favorite I-HOP thing has always been the variety of pancake syrup flavors (boysenberry, yum!), even though you sometimes need to nab some from another table if you want the whole array (also strawberry, maple, and another berry I forget). I like the eggs here, too. The pancakes can be on the greasy side, so you might want to ask them to skip the whipped fake butter topping. Service is a mixed bag -- sometimes great (sometimes you get someone who tries really, really hard and is super friendly) and sometimes odd.
