Review content:
The customer service is terrible. I needed a part for an air compressor, but didn't know which part it was or anything technical about compressors - I could only describe the problem in general and hope the salesperson would know the answer. The salesman threw technical terms at me which I could not answer. He then assumed a surly and arrogant attitude which did not make me feel that he was trying to help me at all. I left the store without even thanking him for his time. When I went to Leonard's competitor, they were able to help me right away (despite my ignorance).
