Okay, the first time I ever heard from this company, they called my house by mistake and left a message saying that since I (the person they were trying to contact, but I didn't know that at the time) had bounced a check they were going to come and take my car. The guy smugly left this message saying that this was within his right to do so and then sarcastically ended the message with "have a nice day!" Well after a message like that, mistake or no mistake, I was freaking out. After I FINALLY reached someone in their office and was told they called the wrong number, I got no apology and no explanation. This just left a sour taste in my mouth, because people do make mistakes and the way this company handled it was just wrong in my opinion.
The second time, I called AAA and they sent someone out to fix my tire. No problems that time, but they would not be MY personal choice to call.
