I have been in here several times looking at bathroom fixtures and every time the sales person sits down and starts looking through catalogs for whateve it is that I need. The showroom does have a fair amount of fixtures on display but so far they have never had what I was looking for. I had already looked through online catalogs of every manufacturer before going in, so I couldn't really see the point of sitting there while the sales help did the same thing without any real knowledge of what was available.
It might help to have a decorator or contractor with you, or maybe if they happen to have what you need on display then it will be more helpful. It wasn't what I needed, though. We ended up getting our things at Lowe's and Home Depot.
