Trust is crucial to a superior experience, especially when it involves skin care procedures. What I refused to consider was a place with a waiting room full of people and the feeling there was a timer clicking in the room so the next person could be served. I need to know my personal best interests are being considered, which happened on a scale of 10 at Laser MD !!
I had discussed having Titan first at a Laser MD Open House, then with a one-on-one appointment with Dr Upton and Yvonne, the clinician, but must admit when I arrived for my appointment I was nervous. As soon as I arrived, I was offered a glass of ice water and my favorite green tea. Then, Yvonne explained the benefits of many different options. There was absolutely no hard sale! Confident I had made the right decision, I was made very comfortable (including asking me if the room temperature was satisfactory for me), and, then what I appreciated the very most was that every detail of the procedure was explained to me as it was being done.
The personal attention and gentle caring of me not only gave me a lift I could see in my face, but released joy somewhere inside my core. Their appointment card states, ?experience the light?, ?no truer words could describe the experience! Laser MD in Edmonds has my highest recommendation. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely caring and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
