I have been to beautiful spas across Canada and Europe, and was so excited to find SpaZend. My husband and I a green tea wrap in the couple's room. The therapists were so unprofessional--they could not explain the steps of the treatment, they talked and giggled throughout, they dropped things a dozen times, and the massage was subpar to say the least. The recpetionist was very rude; put on a snooty air that did not suit her or the venue (and I mean, it's Syracuse, not Manhattan). We were terribly dissapointed and, although I desperately need to find a spa, would not go back.
