Review content:
I just moved from Scottsdale AZ to Chicago, and thought this was the Urban Spa Experience. Boy was I wrong. The product selection was mediocre, and didn't match the spirit of the place. I tried to ignore my gut feeling to just turn around and go home, but decided to give this place a chance and book a Spa treatment. When I returned for my appointment the staff was cold and impersonal, the rooms were even colder, and I had thought my therapist forgot about me, because I waited way too long - and when she returned she said my name wrong. Yes this place is big and beautiful, but it's not worth the money. Coming from a city and state where Spirituality and Spa are on every corner, I consider myself a well-seasoned SpaGoer and I would never go back to the Ruby Room.
