Review content:
Jake came out and to move a gas line and bring it up to code. A day after he did the job I did a thorough inspection and found the job was not complete. I called the office and the next day a supervisor by the name of Mike came out and checked the job. He agreed the job had not been finished and said he would get the tech back over that afternoon to finish it. Within two hours the tech was back and he basically did the job over and this time completed it. Mike was back before the job was done to make sure it was done right and checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
Basically the rating I gave is for Mikes prompt attention to the problem and his follow up to getting this job done properly. Excellent customer service.
