Review content:
Recently we had to replace the original Kinetico Water Softener we had installed 30 years ago. It has more than paid for itself over the years. The company that installed the original was no longer available so we found that American Water was now the Kinetico Dealer around Austin. Justin came out and inspected our old one and helped us find the replacement that best suited our needs. He gave us what I considered a very fair price for the trade in. Kyle was the service technician that came out and did the installation and he was very informative during the install and very efficient. He was in and out in about 2 hours. Overall, we are very pleased with the sales and installation of our Kinetico from American Water and highly recommend them.
