After my water heater leaked, Mark from Northeast Power Dry was on the scene within an hour and explained exactly what the process would be for cleaning up not only the visible water, but to check for and dry any water that may have leaked into baseboards or under the flooring. Mark also helped me ensure my insurance claim was filed completely and properly.
Julio was the technician who arrived at my home shortly thereafter to set up the equipment, and kept me informed on a daily basis of how things were progressing and what needed to be done.
Both Mark and Julio were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in their work throughout the process. I was completely satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them for water remediation efforts.
