Water Heater Leak Remediation 8/21/2017

After my water heater leaked, Mark from Northeast Power Dry was on the scene within an hour and explained exactly what the process would be for cleaning up not only the visible water, but to check for and dry any water that may have leaked into baseboards or under the flooring. Mark also helped me ensure my insurance claim was filed completely and properly. Julio was the technician who arrived at my home shortly thereafter to set up the equipment, and kept me informed on a daily basis of how things were progressing and what needed to be done. Both Mark and Julio were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in their work throughout the process. I was completely satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them for water remediation efforts. more

Exceptional Service 3/3/2017

Very professional and courteous from start to finish. Concern for our safety in setting up equipment. Always received a phone call before they were to arrive, and service people were always courteous and friendly. Made sure the area was clean when they took away the equipment. Would highly recommend this company. more

Can't say enough GOOD Things... 4/3/2016

I can't say enough good things - I was out of town when the leak happened. Called them on Wednesday am on my way back and they were set up and drying by Wed night! Yes, the carpet had to go, but they were able to save almost all of my drywall. Not only that, they were professional, courteous and during what is a very stressful situation, nice, nice and nice! Would recommend them to anyone! more

Recognition for Ron O. 1/11/2016

My mother had a water break in her kitchen on New Year's Day and I just can't say enough about Ron and his team! Ron and his team were quick, responsive and very professional in handling our emergency that could have been so much worse had they not arrived as quickly as they did!! Ron's attention to detail and care and concern were above and beyond. I couldn't have felt better about Ron, his team and Northeast Power Dry!! They assessed the damage, went over in detail what was going to happen, and most importantly worked well with our insurance. Thanks to Ron and his team, a really terrible situation was tolerable and we were left knowing that the home would be left dry and free of any contamination. more

Water mitigation team 11/17/2015

I had a water leak inside wall and my plumber recommended Northeast Power Dry. They were fabulous. Came out immediately to inspect damage and then immediately sent crew out to dry my walls, remove any mold etc. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them. Great follow-up as well to make sure everything was going smoothly at a stressful time more

Wonderful Company 10/12/2015

I had water damage due to a leak on my 3rd floor which also seeped through the ceiling on my second floor. NE Power Dry came within 2 hours time and before I knew it, a crew arrived and in a few hours, all of the wet carpeting and dry wall was removed. The entire crew was very professional and in a time of devastation, made me feel like it was going to be ok. I don't know what I would have done without them. I would recommend NE Power Dry to anyone who encounters water damage. more

Professional, Helpful and Efficient 8/3/2015

Northeast Power Dry arrived quickly and were professional and helpful. They provided an good overview of what they were doing and what to expect over the next few days. They followed up on a daily basis and when they came to pick up equipment they arrived on time and were quick and efficient.. While they were called due to an unfortunate water issues, they made a bad situation bearable and got my home back to normal quickly. I normally don't write reviews but I truly thought the service was worth me recognizing them. more

Northeast power dry was excellent. Prompt, knowledgable and helpful. Anthony Nunez was especially helpful, , kind and was able to guide me through a complicated process. He went over and above to help. Anthony made himself available to me anytime, day or night and worked with my insurance company. The workers who were in my house were professional and very neat. They left my house in much better shape than I expected it to be. All in all , I felt confident that I was well taken care of. more

Sewage Mess! 11/24/2013

Julio and Leo from Northeast Power Dry were fantastic when I had a sewer break. After the plumber and Affordable Roto Rooter, also great, finished, there was sewage all over my basement. I had no idea how to decontaminate everything with household cleaning supplies, and I have a bunch of kids so I knew I had to make it sanitary. On a Saturday night Julio and Leo worked really hard until everything was healthy for my family. They were also very helpful, professional, and friendly. It was comfortable to have them in my house. I recommend them highly. The entire company was professional and very helpful. more
