This woman is dangerous! Imagine going to a self proclaimed "Hair Care Specialist" who does not use a neutralizer after relaxing your hair. Next imagine not being told that your thick mid back length hair has almost completely fallen out. You are under the dryer and asking the individual if the ball of hair in the trash can next to the sink is yours, and she tell you at that time," Yes, your hair is rotten". Unbelievable but true. If a persons hair is damaged prior to putting any chemicals in the person's hair, it would have been mentioned. Also, why should a customer have to Ask if the hair in the trash can belonged to her? This is a very dangerous, deceitful, incompetent individual. I refuse to believe that the previous five star reviews are legitimate, because I am living proof she should have her license revoked,
