Jim and his assistant Katrina work together as a well-oiled machine to be prepared for their appointments. Katrina is personable, efficient, and attentive. Jim is sharp, quick thinking, highly knowledgeable in the financial industry, and considerate of my personal investment needs. I have had several investment advisors, including a few other Edward Jones advisors, and Jim out performs them all when it comes to personalized service. All the Edward Jones advisors provide good service, but Jim is focused intently on my specific financial situation, hears my goals and presents educated responses that offers me the opportunity to make a choice that fits my needs now and in the future.
