Review content:
The roof itself appeared to be okay. The problem came with the resale of the house. The roof, which was under warranty, needed to be certified as satisfactory by a licensed roofer. A few shingles needed to be replaced as well. Considering that Cullen installed the roof, they seemed to be the obvious choice.\r
Despite the word from Mr. Cullen, HIMSELF that he would be out to inspect the roof and call us back, it was weeks later and we did not hear from the Cullen Roofing Company, after countless calls left on his answering machine.\r
We finally explained that we would file a complaint unless he contacted us. He did. He was dismissive and gave us little time. I would NOT recommend this company.
