Review content:
John Siemer was extremely knowledgeable about the windows which I appreciated. But I believe the windows weren't ordered right away so it took longer than expected. Also it would have been helpful to know that john wasn't the person I needed to talk to after the initial order, that he as the salesman was finished after the sale. No complaints with John though, he was very nice. Loyd was great, super concerned with the project. I still need to hear from him about switching the upper sash. Overall, I am very satisfied all the guys made it a good experience.
