I will never be back in at this store again. I'm a believer of the 3 strikes you're out rule. First they misplaced something I ordered from them 3 times in one week. Each time I was promised it would be there the next day. Finally on the 3rd day I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that, that it was on it's way that day. So I waited and waited and finally it got there. When I asked a John Greer if he could lower the price because of the inconvenience he refused and was a bit rude with me. It's hard to believe a store I use to shop with for years would hire such rude people.\r \r Secondly, I came in a time before that and heard 3 employees including what looked like a manager to be making fun of a customer who was in the store at the time. Is this how Best Buy wants to conduct business? Is this how they want the community to see them? If so I hope they are closed down and pushed out of Noblesville because this is quite uncalled for.
