We are selling our house and wanted to get our system cleaned and checked to make sure there were no surprises with buyer's inspection. They came out and did an inspection, however receipt says Tune up and inspection. They didn't do any tune ups. The guy tried to tell all these things were wrong and all the estimates were over $3000, so upwards of $7500. Little did he know at the time, my brother works for another AC company in San Antonio and only reason I contacted their company was my brother's company was completely booked for weeks. I showed my brother the report and he said the report was to try and up sell me for un-needed work or new system. The day after I got inspection, the buyer's inspector came out to do same thing. When we received inspector's report nothing that was reported the day before was found. Be careful because all they're looking for is MORE MONEY.
