A neighbor of mine who had gotten work done from Floor Coverings International of Lexington, KY recommend the business to me. Johnathan, the man who showed me all the samples was very down to earth and was very accurate with the information. They informed me of what they could do and not do, so they were honest. They installed laminate flooring in the living room and hall way. The work was done very good.
However, there is a small drawback. I emailed the Floor Coverings International (the local office) because I have about six of eight pieces of wood separating from the seal. Somebody told me they would have service man contact me, but no one has called me in the past two weeks.
As long as they send me somebody to fix that problem, that's all I care about. They were too good for any negative comments.
