Review content:
We had Roto-Rooter come out last night when we noticed water coming up in the drains in our basement. They promptly got to our home in Covington, KY within an hour of our call. They technicians were friendly and explained what they were going to do as well as the expected cost. They also allowed us to use a coupon for the service. They completed the process of unclogging our sewer pipe and explained the problem. They are coming back tomorrow to run a camera through the sewer pipe to check on further damage to the pipe. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again!
