Review content:
Had a spring break on one of our garage doors and I thought, ugh, who am I going to call for help? I looked on the internet and found this garage door repair company at the top of the list so I tried filling out the online form on their site. No reply to that but I figured this may be a one-man shop and the guy may be working on a garage door vs. checking emails so my husband called him around 9 Friday morning and by 4pm he was done replacing the broken spring. The guy also checked out the other door b/c it was groaning and making some odd noises. He fixed that up, gave us some tips on how to maintain the springs, wheels, etc. Fair price and he did a great job. I'm glad we tried to reach the guy again by phone and he really came through and yay, the broken spring is fixed on the one garage door and the other garage door sounds MUCH better.
