My car was in the shop for 8 days, very long time. One complaint, under the hood of my car was a trail of ants that were coming through the vents. Very weird situation. I sprayed under the hood & hopefully they are all destroyed. more

Service Great / waiting area...just ok 12/22/2014

Very pleased with the service. I am trusting the service folks, I like the full report of all the things that are checked on my vehicle. the waiting area is very old and drab and the Wifi was weak depending on where I sat. I think it need to be updated to coincide with the prices of vehicles. Time to step it up. more

quick emergency repair 12/15/2014

I had a blown tire, and no spare, so needed to be towed to have it replaced. They did that and moved up my scheduled service and had me in and out really quickly. Very responsive and very nice and helpful throughout. more

When we arrived there were a few people dropping off their cars and attendants were scrambling to help everyone. We were greeted several times but it took about 5 minutes to be helped. We picked up our car right before closing and paying was fast and easy but we waited for a while again to have someone bring the car forward. We were again greeted several times but the service was not super fast. more

Brought my car in for the first free oil change. When I brought it in it was filthy. When I went to pick it up they found a hole in my tire that they fixed along with running it through the wash for free! more

Watch out for tricks in the finance office 12/9/2014

All went well for me through my negotiations online - David was responsive and helped me get what I wanted. Things went south for me when it came to closing the deal. The Finance guy tricked me into purchasing an anti theft feature by making it seem as though it was already included in my negotiated price. Classic sleazy car sales stuff. If I had to do it over, I'd have told the finance person right up front that I wanted absolutely NO extras and made him keep to that. I was also peeved that even though the literature says that a preowned car comes with a full tank of gas, I drove the car out of the lot with a 1/4 tank. When I complained, they promised to send me a gas card, but I shouldn't have had to complain- they should have given me what they promise without being asked. It is now 10 days since I bought the car... no gas card. more
