Please PLEASE PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR WEBSITE. THEY ARE MISERABLE TO DEAL WITH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE RUDEST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. LBG CUSTOMER SVC TRANSFERS YOU FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WITHOUT TELLING YOU THAT YOUR BEING TRANSFERRED, EVEN IN MID-CONVERSATION. EXPECT TO BE ON THE PHONE MINIMUM OOF 1/2 HOUR AND NEVER FIND A RESOLUTION, BECAUSE THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THEY LIE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT PRODUCT INFO AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. IN THIS ECONOMY, IT IS AMAZING THAT A COMPANY LIKE LIGHTING BY GREGORY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS.
