As a visitor to my daughter's home, I am not used to the way things are handled in the USA. However, I have been impressed with how much help and information I was given when I was acting as a proxy for my daughter and son-in-law, \r

Very prompt service at the date and time requested. Air Conditioner service yesterday was well handled by two very polite technicians. They even tried to solve what we had hoped would be a small plumbing problem. \r

Unfortunately the solution was not successful as the problem lay deeper. Today, two plumbing technicians arrived ON TIME to resolve the ongoing issue.\r
Discounts applied as appropriate - and without any prompting by me. \r

Service good, staff both on telephone and in person very polite and helpful.
