After going there, I wish I had insured my computer when I bought it, as the expenses for fixing my computer were tough to fork over. I noticed they fix both Mac and PCs, which is nice, and they’ll also buy your computer from you if you’re looking to sell it. My computer had a hard drive issue and they were able to recover most of my data and get it back up and running. On a scale of 1-10

Price: 2 (expensive!)
I think I’ll be looking for a new tech support company the next time I have computer problems…
