Review content:
They are good enough they just aren't very warm or friendly. I felt like they thought of my cat as a specimen and not a pet. They were not in tune to his feelings or nervousness and frankly were a little rough with him even after I told them he had been abused in the past and was afraid of new people. I will never out my cat or any of our pets through that again. Their prices are exorbitant , and I sure can't figure out why the vet we go to now is 100 times better.
