Review content:
After an exterior pipe broke due to freezing temperatures, I had 3 plumbing companies on call. Each said they were swamped, but would get to me by that night. ARS, as did the others (AAAUGER, and Mai Plumbing) called me throughout the day to let me know that they hadn't forgotten me. I really liked that....how can you be stressed about your pipes when companies like these make calls throughout the day to let you know your on their list for the day - not to worry. Anyway, ARS beat them all, arriving at around 6pm. Jimmy W. was great. He apologized for coming so late and for his dirty appearance. I told him he didn't have to apologize for working so hard on this crazy cold day of busted pipes. He was all smiles. Took a look at the pipe that broke and said "No problem". Shouldn't take me but an hour. It took him only about 30 minutes to cut and replace the pipe. Sure, it wasn't a very big job and it was easily accessed, but this guy was cheerful even after being on call all day and now night. I felt super comfortable with him and would surely call him back. The price....well, it was a bit high, but who can complain since they came out at the tail end of the evening and they called me throughout the day. Plus, I have 3 kids that needed baths. :) Thanks Jimmy!
