Review content:
We brought our cat in pain after he refused to eat or drink for several days. We were seen by Dr John French. After making X-Ray, we were informed that it is very likely that our cat will not survive next morning and our options are to sedate him or leave in the hospital for surgery. No other tests were completed (blood, urine etc..) I am not even mentioning that this doctor couldn't pofessionaly interpret the X-Ray (later two radiologist interpreted it for us). When we refuse to leave our cat in care of Dr French, he asked us to sigh release paperwork and was about to let us go. He didn't even offered to make a hydration shot, pain killer medicine and we had to insist on it.
I am glad to inform Dr French that our cat is doing good due to the efforts of another doctor in another hospital, and by the way no surgery were required. We suspect that our visit to your hospital was more life threatening then our cat's illness itself. We think that your hospital best haracterized by the message that is displayed in every room - something like this: "...payment in full due at a time of service...". I guess you are writing about the thing that is most important for your organization. How about changing this to something like this: "we will do our best to help your pet...". Try it, may be it will change things for the better and you will start to hire professional doctors who care more about pets.
