Maybe Fat Matt is Santa. This is the only guy (besides "The Bearded One") who knows if I've been naughty or nice.
During the day, phenomenal ribs, chicken, pulled pork sandwiches and sides. The service is great and the vibe is great for a date, a family, or just a quick lunch break.
During the night -- take out's a breeze -- and the beer and blues are great. The beer is good but you need to pace yourself; there is only one men's bathroom (and one ladies I believe). The food, the music and a great Atlanta night.
We used to say that a 70 degree Feb.day was a "recruiting day" for people from the North. Any warm day (or night) at Fat Matt's is a recruiting day.
