I signed up to tryout their free 30-day trial. As soon as I finished filling out my info, a screen popped up to say that the 30-day trial expired. I'd carved out time to train someone new to start doing flyers for my RE company. This person was being paid and sitting next to me. Since it was a Saturday, I thought I'd wait until Monday to call them to find out about my free trial. Not that I was looking for something FREE but it's nice to try these things out to make sure it's a right fit for what's needed. Therefore, I put my credit card down so we could get started without delay. After spending several hours, we finally realized this product was not going to be able to fulfill our needs in this area. I tried downloading 3 pdfs just because I couldn't get it to do what I wanted. Since I downloaded 3 absolutely worthless pdf's, Hearst Direct Marketing won't refund my money. We even notified them asap when the work week began. Poor customer service. So bad as a preferred vendor of KW.
