I was waiting in line for a bed on the evening of 3/8/10 and was told the wait would be 5 minutes. In walks a guy who never signed in and was flirting with the staff and the next thing you know he was escorted back to the bed I was waiting for. I brought this to their attention and then told them I knew exactly what they did and called them on it. She then offered me 1 free tan. Real helpful when its already free. I am a paying customer not a flirty friend of the staff who didn't pay. The owner isn't tending the store. I won't be coming back and will demand a refund for my remaining tans. Thanks for wasting my time that night.
