Silverlake Driving School has always gone out of our way to accommodate the difficult schedules that most of our students have. Our standards for classroom and in-car instructors are extremely high....we are very careful about the instructors teaching your students. We did everything possible to satisfy the demands of this parent and were still unable to please her. We have students come to us from over 88 public and private high schools in this area and our reputation speaks for itself. Our students are always our first concern. We OFFERED this parent a refund when the class time change occurred and she REFUSED...she had to have the class in that time slot. This is the first time that we have had to deal with an issue like this. There are some people who will not ever be satisfied. We are not sure what more we could have done to satisfy this parent.\r
