This company is fraudulent and irresponsible. There is no other way to say it. I've never had a similar experience with a car repair shop in my entire life. My car got towed in there when it broke down (I'm from out of state), and they apparently realized they had me and could do whatever they wanted. They mis-diagnosed the problem, charged me far more than they should have, and when the vehicle began to malfunction again less than 20 miles from their shop they refused to help me in any way. They claimed that the problem was unrelated to the repairs and that they were not responsible in any way.
