I would not recommend Swim Gem to my worst enemy.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. due to my experience with Kirk.
I will tell anyone that will listen and every pool owner I know to not use Swim Gem and why. My experience was so bad that when I told one of their competitors about what happened they felt so bad that they gave me the parts I needed for FREE.
Because of incident I also found out that Swim Gem is way over priced on a lot of their products
