My neighbor recommended this company to me and I decided to give them a try. The first technician came out and did a thorough job. In the ""interview process"", I explained I was out of town for months at a time and needed to make sure my home would be protected. He assured me the chemicals they used would kill even the hardiest of scorpions, the scheduled treatments would be for the interior and exterior, and if there were any problems just to call and they would come out again at no charge. I came home after being gone for four months and my home was invested with 30-40 dead scorpions. Keep in mind - the previous company I had been with for almost nine years - and NEVER did I have that many scorpions in my home at one time. I called Bullwark immediately and they came out and re-sprayed. This time I had the regular technician and decided to give him a key to my home for access to the inside instead of going through my neighbor. I was gone again for three months during the winter months and came back to a note on the back door that only the exterior was treated. I called and asked why the interior had not been done. The receptionist could not give an explanation. Another appointment was scheduled between 9-11:00am for the interior to be done. On the scheduled appointment date, the technician had not arrived. I called the office and was told he arrived at 8:15am!! I explained I was home, my truck was in the driveway, and did not hear the doorbell ring because I was in the shower. I went on to further ask the manager why the technician did not attempt to call the home number or my cell. (He had left a note at the front door). The manager could not give me an answer and said he would talk to the technician and scheduled me for a Saturday appointment to make it right. That appointment went without a hitch. For the next scheduled treatment, the regular technician came out and he sprayed only the exterior AGAIN!!!! I inquired why he was spraying only the outside and was told that is what they do and the chemical is good enough for only two months and not three. I asked him why would I go with a company who is higher than my former company and then have treatments done every TWO months instead of three. He became annoyed with me - and asked me what I wanted him to do. I said to do the interior! I called the same manager again and explained to him what was just told to me that the $94.00 service call was really only for the exterior. I re-explained this was not the sales job the initial technician gave me and that I was unhappy with how they have handled my account. The manager assured me he has noted the account forany future treatments that both the interior and exterior need to be done. By the end of the day, I decided I was going to go back to my former company. I called and explained to the manager the trust issues I had with not knowing whether the interior and the exterior would be done. I asked for my key to be returned and was assured he would put it in the mail the next day. I did not receive the key in one week. I called again and was told they had to track it down with the technician - why was the tech carrying my key around with him ???? The manager told me it was put in the mail and to give it another few days. Almost six weeks later - NO KEY. I have had to change my locks at my own expense. BUYER BEWARE. Be present when they come, make sure you discuss with them what you want, and do not give them a key.
