I had a the same horrid experience as others have expressed.The front staff was so nasty and rude. After waiting to get an appt. for almost eight months my appt. was cancelled because the doctor had to go do a surgery and there was no one else that could see me- after the lecture and tongue lashing from the front staff about " be sure to get here early to fill out the paperwork" blah, blah, confirm your appt,blah blah\r
Thank you for cancelling my appt. a few hours before the appt. on the same day.\r
Thank you for sparing me from visiting your office in person- I was able to get another appt. the same day with another Doctor!\r
