Andaz 5th avenue was a wonderful experience, especially for a first time traveler to NYC. The staff was incredibly hospitable - I was assigned a personal concierge the second I walked in the door, and he was there for every need I had, real or imagined! The rooms are wonderful, and Oh Mah Gawd, you will not want to get out of the shower. I spent 30 minutes each night in that shower - the footbath is a godsend, and a wonderful idea! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Manhattan. You will NOT be disappointed.\r
