The JKD classes in Queens are the best. You'll learn everything you need to about defending yourself on the street a must for anyone living in NY. I love the three phases of the classes conditioning, combative skills and eliminating weakness you get a complete workout in every class. I've achieved great results from the classes and so many people ask my secret. But there's no secret at all, just martial arts classes at Progressive Martial Arts! Try it and you'll get great results too!
