The Bieber bus is a huge rip-off. Because it is the only bus service that runs from the Reading area to NYC, they can and do charge an exorbitant amount of money. The current rate is a $61 round trip ticket. I can get a bus from NYC to Philadelphia, a distance that is very close, for only $21 round trip. Not to mention that any other bus service has free wi-fi on the busses and outlets for charging cell phones and computers. The three hour trip is usually made longer by excessive idling periods at the Kutztown and Wescosville stops. The drivers are erratic, and several times I have showed up for a scheduled bus 10 to 15 minutes early, only to find that that bus had already left. Under no circumstances is this acceptable. I would give this company a zero if that were an option.
