Review content:
Inconviently located; at least a 45m walk to central campus and even further to downtown Ann Arbor. The "free" internet is not reliable and management does not respond to questions about when it will be fixed or running again. The deli and grocery store within are overpriced. A vitamin water is $2!! There is an old, tall, blond lady staff who frequently gardens around with a permanent scowl and acts disdainfully to tenants. Rent is over-priced for the current condition of the building if you are looking for a studio or single-room. Thus a lot of the tenants are undergrads sharing rooms resulting in a noisy, disruptive environment.
