Let me start out by saying how disappointed I am. NOT in the Great Expressions dental office, but in the people writing these reviews. I read the reviews here, so I went in very leery and with a somewhat defensive attitude. \r

However, I was glad to find that the reviews were almost 100% wrong! All of the staff were, nice, patient, and professional, yet friendly. They explained everything they were doing and went over the costs. The doctor was also very nice, yet serious. He showed me everything he was discussing on the x-rays, so I could see exactly what he meant and explained what I need and why. No one in the office was condescending in the least!\r

To address some of the particulars from the erroneous reviews:\r

1. They don't honor contracted insurance rates: I gave them my insurance dental benefit schedule and all the charges they included in my treatment plan match exactly. I have a cracked tooth, so there will be some additional costs, but that is because my insurance do
