We have a home warranty and quite honestly, had never heard of We Fix Ugly Pools, prior to them being sent out. The Home Warranty Company denied our claim due to the lack of service on the filter so we fired our pool guy and hired the UGLY pool guys! All around funny company, with great attitudes and they really understand the work that they are doing. We could not be angry at them at all and really appreciated the professionialism given to us all the way through. We have already had a quote done for new surface and to add a little fire pit. They do all sorts of things! \r
Thanks again Ugly Pool Guy! Two thumbs up from us!
