service .. having alot of problems caused me to pay double.. they did nothing to help me .. it turned out to be the phone .. they offered a new phone but were not willing to pick up the cost ..seeing I had the phone for onely a few months I had hoped on an exchange with out the cost to me,. I ended up going to another cell phone company .. been very happy also .. try another company .. I did and I"m very happy I did ..
