We just bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from Bob Hurley Ford on 02/12/11.\r
We had the pleasure of working with Kathy Sluiter (Internet Sales Manager). \r

I know that with me being an engineer, I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I had tons of questions about this vehicle, its pricing, options and such. And I ended up taking the vehicle on 2 seperate test drives that day. We didn't end up finishing until 8:30 that night after arriving there at 8:30 in the morning. However, Kathy was very pleasant, patient, very honest and accomodating to all my requests. I never felt at any point that I was being pressured to buy a vehicle. \r

At one point, I didn't feel that I was getting the best price for my trade-in. So, Kathy went talk to the manager on my behalf and got him to nearly double the price of trade-in so that I could take the vehicle home. She also helped in getting me a much lower interest rate than what my credit union could offer. \r
