A letter I just wrote. Also crime here is high, cars get broken into all the time, and they once sent out a letter to all tenants asking us to help the police in any and all matters. The apartments are very nice, unfortunately that's about all I can say for it. Domestic violence is a big problem. You can usually hear couples fighting if you take your dog for a walk through the complex.\r The front office staff at The Landings is awful, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. In one case they attempted to tack on $400 to my rent as a fee to sue myself for a $90 late charge. If that's your policy it goes against a number of regulations.\r When I went to the front office a woman named Rochelle was extremely inattentive, carrying on with her paperwork why I was talking to her. She acted as though I was inconveniencing her by making her do her job.\r Over the past few months I've been lobbying for a recycling bin to be made available to the tenants of the 500 and 600 building.
