I called after finding their Google-ad and seeing their reviews, and spoke with Jenny - who was energetic and comfortable to talk to. She reviewed the work that I needed done via emailed pictures, and talked me through their process. Then in a short period of time was able to send her technician, Chris, to complete the work.
Chris showed up with a smile, ready to go to work, and walked me through the process to fix my carpet in the areas that needed it. He completed the work quickly and was fantastic at communicating what he did to fix the issues.
I would highly recommend calling these folks first to anyone!
