Their main competitor is Living Spaces on Van Nuys. Both carry Ashley, Guildcraft etc etc. and have access to a good selection of sectionals and sofas. What is holding them back is variety (lack of lighting selection , area rugs, etc etc) There are far worse furniture showrooms out there. Michael's Furniture Warehouse is not one of them. If you want to get ripped off, go to Ashely's at the Helms Bakery district. Where they try to charge you $130 for shipping for two barstools, and local pickup is in Riverside.
