Horrible!!! They mixed up the date for my rental...Told me that I did not have a rental, and was very rude!!! The girl had no feelings that it was my wedding or that I was upset for their mistake!!!!!!!!!! The only saving grace in there was the manager who made it right by fixing the date and renting me the rentals I had requested, with apology! So if you are doing a rental make sure they put the date correctly.......Please!
