The people at Simi Valley Tire Pros are great. I've been with the company before it changed its name, for about twenty years. The people at Simi Valley Tire Pros went out of their way and were very accommodating. I had called them to replace custom-size tires for my son's car and they went out of their way to find the tires. Once I had a flat tire and the owner smiled and asked how my son's prom was. He remembers his customers! Another time, my husband was sick and they held on to his tires for three weeks. The person said to come over whenever we could.
When I come in, the people will give me a smile. They are very friendly and very willing to help immediately. I never have to wait very long. I highly recommend them. The prices are okay too!
